CANCELLATION ~ REFUND POLICY
When using CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle
Cancellations received 72 hours or more of contract start time
will receive a 100% refund for deposits and any pre-payments
When using Credit or Debit Cards
Cancellations received 72 hours or more of contract start time
will receive a 100% refund for deposits and any pre-payments
Cancellations received 72 hours or less of contract start time
may be subject to a 50 - 100% cancellation fee of trip total
Refund processing begins within 24 hours of cancellation
