CANCELLATION ~ REFUND POLICY
When using CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle
Cancellations received 72 hours or more of contract start time
will receive a 100% refund for deposits and any pre-payments.
When using Credit or Debit Cards
Cancellations received 72 hours or more of contract start time
will receive a 100% refund for deposits and any pre-payments.
As of April 11, 2023...Square's processing fees
from refunded transactions are no longer reinbursed.
Cancellations received 72 hours or less of contract start time
may be subject to a 50 - 100% cancellation fee of the trip total.
Refund processing begins within 24 hours of cancellation.
